Safe on FME: Bugzilla to Jira – Moving 18 Years of Data

This year, our team took on migrating 18 years of development and support cases from Bugzilla into Jira. Automating the processes was critical beyond the huge amounts of data, as challenges also came from no support for direct transfers, 1 GB worth of JSON, multiple databases, string processing, and REST API work.
